Add in reliable public transport, the joy of walking almost everywhere, and the simple pleasure of a warm crumpet smothered in strawberry jam, and she’s beginning to wonder if the UK has been keeping a few secrets.
Of course, Jay is more than happy to remind her that Britain isn’t perfect either, leading to plenty of sarcastic banter, friendly arguments, and the usual transatlantic teasing.
